Who we are

Curtin Christian Union is simply a group of students who study at Curtin University and who meet together regularly because of the common faith that they share in Jesus Christ. Here are a few other key ideas of CCU:

  • CCU exists solely for the students of Curtin University.
  • Anyone from any church is welcome to join us. We all come from a wide variety of church backgrounds.
  • CCU is a partnership - all students, graduates and staffworkers work together to achieve our aims. To find out more about this partnership, see People in charge.
  • CCU is evangelical - this means we are on about the gospel, the good news of Jesus, shown to us in the Bible. It is God's word to us. That's why we are committed to learning more from the Bible and letting others know about Jesus' love for them.

CCU is part of the Australian Fellowship of Evangelical Students (AFES), which itself is a part of the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES)
